Nespresso Boutique

This store is absolutely gorgeous. I love the huge wall display. I also love that you can rely on the same quality service here as you can anywhere else as well as prices.

Nespresso Chatswood is by far the smallest Nespresso store I have seen in Australia. Even though it occupies a front space of the premium Chatswood Chase mall, the lack of space makes the store feel less luxurious and more as a last-minute effort for a market presence.

The layout of the store was anything but friendly. There are steps within this already small display area, and when there are a lot of people inside, it feels very cramped.

I happened to be there on a Saturday afternoon and the staffs were flat out busy serving customers, they seemed to have forgotten the art of being friendly. We were mostly ignored even though we were right in front of a counter. A few even tried to avoid making contact. When we were finally served, the staff was right-off-the-book professional but very unwelcoming. We asked for a sample and she referred us to another staff that was not even available at that time. And she left.

So we left the store too.

Such a nicely presented shop with excellent service. The staff and beautifully presented and very professional with great product knowledge. The space is quite small but the ceilings are very high creating the illusion of more space. With plenty of cash registers you never have to wait long to make your purchases. Another positive - there are specials bins where you can recycle your used capsules.
