I have been using Netway Computers at Hillarys (Whitfords City Shopping Centre) for around five years now.
Every single time I go in there for repairs, purchases or advice the staff there are fantastic. The services are inexpensive and always done promptly. They don't sell you what you don't need and their charges are very reasonable.
I live in country WA (around 2 hours away from Hillarys) and I won't go anywhere else.

Netway Computers at Whitford City Hillarys are bad. They charged me $120 to remove a virus (maybe thats typical price) but then they advised me to get a full antivirus, cost $80 Bit Defender. They obviously dont check whether your laptop can handle their antivirus, mine couldnt,it slowed it down til it eventually froze after few days. I took it in letting them know many others have the same problem(read reviews), they said it wasnt due to the antivirus, but my hard drive was corrupted. All of a sudden lol. its only 1.5yrs old. so they said i need a new hard drive $90. after they put in a 'new' harddrive my laptop totally died about 1 week later. they checked it out for about 10mins, then said sometimes its bad luck, laptops die suddenly. what a joke! they are not qualified techs. i let my friends brother look at it,gave him my old hdd, he fixed it,not needing to replace anything, he said ur old harddrive is not corrupted.
