I called Network & Data Tech with a printer problem. My Canon MX7600 would not power up after a brief power outage. The technician advised me that there was one step to take before the power supply was declared dead: disconnect the printer power and leave it for about 20 minutes to completely discharge, then reconnect and see if the printer powered up. It worked. The printer is back in service and I am straight back to work.
Thanks N&D Tech you could have scammed me for a minimum charge and chose to do it the honest way. Thanks for your knowledge and fair dealing.
