Network Video

I have only ever had positive experiences with Network Video. This is a lovely small family store, the girls who work there are very helpful and friendly. If I can't remember the name of a movie, they go out of their way to research it. Great service.

I have also had a very bad experience with this Network Video. Rude, unprofessional and they try and hit you up on scratches all the time. There DVDs are old and damaged and they try and blame there customers, plus they dont have as much quantity on new releases and they recieve there copies alot later then blockbuster :(

The management is rude, unprofessional, sarcastic and very unwelcoming. I was told there were scratches on two DVD's one is a kids DVD that is 5 years old and the other was a movie that I didnt even get to watch, I didnt even open the case and when I told them that they were speechless, but still wanted me to pay the cost for the kids DVD of $18.95. I told them the scratches could of obviously been there before I was given the DVD hence the scratches on the other DVD that wasnt even touched by me! They said I was not able to re hire DVDs without that $18.95 payment. So I will NEVER rent from there again. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
