New Way Lawyers Corinda
Australia's First Non Profit Law FirmNew Way Lawyers is a law firm with a difference. We are about people not profit.
New Way Lawyers has a vision that the practice of law will become more about people and less about profit. We will realise this vision by operating as a non-profit law firm so that fees for legal services are more affordable. We will also realise this vision by placing a greater focus on the emotional needs of individuals facing legal problems.
We are not motivated by profit or financial gain because there are no shareholders or partners in our organisation. There is also no financial benefit for individuals that serve on our board of directors. This means that our services are more affordable because the purpose of our fees is simply to cover costs not to generate profit.
New Way Lawyers provides professional and affordable services to individuals facing the following family law situations:
- separation and divorce;
- parenting disputes;
- matrimonial and defacto property disputes;
- domestic violence.
New Way Lawyers also provides professional and affordable services to individuals involved in estate law matters, including:
- preparation of wills;
- preparation of powers of attorney;
- applications for grants of probate;
- administration of estate;
- family provision claims.
