this is a great karate program based in newcastle. the program is about real life situations ie unprovoked acts of violence. I am 42 years old and has been great to get me fit and provide flexiblity. I have alse entolled my 2 boys (age 6 & 4) into the program as they are being bullyed at school and also need to learn discipline
