This funeral directors business is pathetic, they state they are compassionate etc etc etc, rubbish, they hand a daughter at her fathers graveside an account in a envelope. How pathetic, an email would have sufficed, a letter posted via Australia Post would have sufficed but no this company hand an account for a pathetic amount right before the ceremony started. I would have pushed the young man in the grave had I opened it immediately, unfortunately i opened it when I went home from Dads burial. NEWLOWS thats my name for your business.
