Stay away! Builder takes your money, eventually builds a sub standard home. Then walks away. Warranty means absolutely zero to them.
Been through so many staff it's hard to keep track of who you are dealing with
Loads of fake reviews placed on google.
I am not the only one that feels this way. Now have to resort to court action to fix my issues like electrics that blow due to water increasing.
Latest manager seems to be Interested but don't reply to emails or calls after personal meetings. ( 2 weeks ago no reply )
100% truthful review. Half million dollar mistake.

We have had 2 face to face meetings this year and what a waste of time. Told by the GM they wont be progressing our build as they will make money on other builds, and our will now cost them 30k (as per an INHOUSE REPORT). As ours will cost them Ronnie said he's not willing to progress ours. We were escalated in 2021 as Niche didn't get building permits for 6 months when the contract states 45 days. Niche blamed the City of Kwinana for the permits, but when i contacted the city of Kwinana they ccd me into the emails and said niche weren't responding to their questions. There was no response from niche for 6-8 weeks on some emails, and the city was getting frustrated as they wouldn't communicate. Im not allowed to show these emails and information with timelines (i had to take it down). Ventured into Investment properties with NicheLiving Took two NRAS properties, these have been fully tenanted and have just taken another 12 month lease each, both managed by Adele at NicheLiving

As most development I have encountered, often build times and suchlike are often delayed somewhat, usually due to outside forces, the build here was a little late, but was I think reasonable. NicheLiving kept me in the loop as to how thing were going, and answered my concerns directly.

The Build outcome and internal finishes were to expected standard, and a minor internal issue resolved quickly prior to tenants moving in.

I am waiting for the New Willetton Project to get on the table to do it all again.

Do NOT build with Nicheliving, I got told lies about how long it would take to build, to shodding painting, a leaking roof, no customer service, to a company Director Ronnie Eljah promising to get back to me but didnt, to many other issues.

Please do not build with Nicheliving and run the risk of getting your dreams broken. What should have been a routine build turned into delay after delay, excuse after excuse. They mislead you from the start to give you hope that your home will be built in a timely manner. Well 2.6 years later I am still waiting, and it seems Lancorp just keeps granting extensions to their deeds. I just hope they build to a decent standard, but that hope has been smashed as well. I will be selling when they finally complete.
