Just paid $45 for the worst hair cut in history, asked for it to be cut to my shoulders it was cut to my neck and one side is longer than the other, the lady was late and smelt like smoke, she left me 3 times to chat with people and was very distracted,my hair ended up smelling like smoke and I had to wash it when I got home. Thankfully my hair is still long enough to tie up until it grows out a bit, would not got back here ever for a haircut

Shocking standards! As I have very long and thick hair, I have never had my hair cut without it being washed. This staff was not interested in doing this at all and told me they would spray it with a water bottle. No questions asked as to the last time my hair was washed. My hair got drier and drier after the first initial sprays and staff just kept hacking at it. As it dried, it knotted and used a fine comb to rip through the knot s and breaking my hair. I offered to take over the brushing as staff had no idea how to brush long hair. I asked staff several times to ensure my hair was wet as it was frizzing severely from being dry combed. Staff continued to cut it dry.
