I called Nick out during the week to have a look at my Hot Water System. My hot water system needed to be replaced. Nick was able to organize this for me as well as install it. Nick did a great job & was extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
Wouldn't recommend at all for anything out of the ordinary. Turned up promtply at first. Needed to check some things (so he said) but I had to chase for details. Promised to come again on a particular date and time, so I took time off work, but he never arrived. I tried calling, waited an hour, still they did not turn up. I haven't even had a call or text to apologise. Have given up and called a plumber who is actually trying to fix the problem (as opposed to just buying a new part to slot in)
I've been completely honest and up front with you about the situation, as i said I've never come across this part and need to find out if parts would be available. I haven't charged you for any of my time and have communicated with you the whole way through. Its quite harsh to leave reviews and comments online when you actually never found me online nor spoke to me about it, you where recommended through a mutual friend but obviously that means nothing. I'm always willing to help people out and do the best i can to resolve issues that arise.
I was in a real pickle, had my kids coming back to me for my usual stint,and no hot water, kids and not hot water ..OMG ...I rang Nick, nothing seemed a problem (it was Friday at 2 pm, he arranged for one of his gys to work overtime... came out ..gave me quote and it was done the very next day ...Thanks Mate
