The woman who took my call today was a cold hearted snob! My mum has recently seen the new addition to the surgery, and because she had not got a script since 2015, even though the recent appointment she had was to do with the script she needed, that horrible, woman, who would NOT go out of her way for anyone, but herself of course, refused to put the request through.
