Nirvana Beauty Laser Clinics

WORST experience ever! I had a laser blond hair reduction around a month ago. I paid $150 for my first treatment and it was with the 60% discount. I was suggested to prepay the next treatments for the same price as (from manager's words) the sale would not longer be available in 2 days. After, i received a few calls with the reminder about the discount avaliability. I didn't prepay as I found another laser clinic that charges $180 for one session and it is their regular price!
So i canceled my next appointment in Nirvana as they charged twice more. In a few days I recieved calls and sms from Nirvana again! I was told that discount was available again! How was it possible??? They are playing DIRTY GAMERS, offering their customers FAKE DISCOUNTS!!!!
In addition, i was told that as my hair grew so fast i had to come for a lazer every two weeks and that i needed around 12 sessions. I did a small research ...read more

Hey guys! Nirvana laser clinics wants to sue me! If you’re outraged like me read on: I purchased laser hair removal treatments (spending over $400) because the consultant said (and I quote) ‘this will work for you.’ When it didn’t, I was told by nirvana that they couldn’t do anything and that I hadn’t ‘been misled’ (even though I had). They also said that if I posted anything negative on social media they would pursue legal action and obtain damages from me! Last I checked we weren’t in Bolivia, I should be able to register my disenchantment with a substandard product. OH WAIT! It gets worse! After posting about my experience on Facebook a nirvana representative posted my confidential paperwork on Facebook for the world to see!! Then went on to call me a whinger. I know what you’re thinking, that has to be the worst of it WRONG! They created a fake profile to troll me and call me childish. Avoid Nirvana Beauty like the Plague
Worst experience of my life,
Burwood Store lasered on top of my beauty spot above my lip after providing them with very specific instructions to be extra cautious of the spot.
Within 24 hours my beauty spot fell off. Head office were absolutely useless in solving the problem they asked me for photos after photos and then decided that wasn’t good enough and wanted me to go into a store. I personally didn’t feel comfortable going back into the store and months later they have now told me I only have $25 on my account. I used to have legs like a BBQ cleaning brush, course and black, now they are super smooth and hair free. The girls there lovely to chat to and as gentle and empathetic as they can be.

I am a regular here and can't imagine going anywhere else. I have had great outcomes from treatments and product advice as well as regular tinting/waxing etc. The staff are great and go out of their way to look after you!
