No Chintz are a leading fabrics and soft furnishings house. We offer an extensive range of fabrics, cushions, homewares, decorating products and soft furnishings by No Chintz & other designers. No Chintz are industry leaders in made-to-measure curtains & furniture upholstery. Our experienced Home Decorating Team have revamped hundreds of homes, hotels, Government heritage sites and businesses.
We offer more than 130 fabrics 'off the roll', which means you can choose any fabric and have your whole house upholstered in your chosen fabric, rather than ordering it in. We make made-to-order curtains, blinds and awnings and offer installation. We also make made-to-order cushions, lampshades, bedheads, valances and upholster furniture and other soft furnishings. Our Home Decorating Team can help with design, selection, furniture placement, colour, you name it.

Can happily say that my experience at No Chintz was a very pleasant one. The girls were more than helpful & I walked out with the perfect fabric for an old chair that needed re-covering. Would definately recommend them if you're looking for beautiful textiles.
Amber and the girls at No Chintz have been wonderfully helpful with choosing the colour scheme for my apartment. Ensuring there is a flow of colour without it being too "matchie". The instillation of my blinds by Steve was very efficient and professional. I will be consulting with the team at No Chintz Willoughby in 2018 for more soft furnishings. Thank you all very much! Quite a unique business, some lovely Indian cottons and other decorating fabrics on large bolts to buy on the spot. Also, you can order in fabrics from the books , can't recall which brands they sell, but the range is extensive. Beautiful braids and Ric rac braid for decorating . They custom make things such as lamp shades, cushions and curtains. There's lots of attention to detail, and they can make stripes sit nicely nest to floral, without clashing, just mad fun. I think they run classes too, but I can't report on these.
I recently posted a negative review, which was deleted..that's disappointing!
Excitedly visited the Willoughby store but after 5 minutes felt like I was in the way and not welcome. None of the many staff members (3-4 in store at time) were interested in helping with anything more than one word answers. What absolute miseries!
Went to a store in Manly that carries the same fabrics and was helped by a lovely staff, I purchased my fabric so the day ended well!
The star I have given is for the beautiful fabrics.

I went to this store as I had seen their nice advertisements in high-end publications so I assumed their service as well as their products, would be of premium quality. Not only did they completely muck up my order, the salesperson then rang to tell me it was my fault (even though all the paper work said otherwise). They reluctantly offered to fix their error only if I paid half. Not once did they apologise for their mistake or the salesperson's rude behaviour. I found them to be unprofessional.
Hi - we sincerely apologise you had this experience. We assure that all our staff are fully trained and bring a wealth of design experience to our business. All errors are reviewed by our owner Chrissie Jeffreys - we are genuinely suprised that this occurred.
We actually celebrate 25 years in the business next year and our owner, Chrissie has just been nominated as one of the leaders in the field of soft furnishings and design. We do value our reputation and our skilled team of sales staff and interior decorators - and most importantly we value our customers - after all they're the ones that keep us in business.
