I was really excited that I was finally going to get rid of the lice. I went in. Criticised about how she didn’t think I had any. Paid $139 for level 1 and my hair length which is just over shoulders. Very very very rushed service. I booked another appointment as they recommended for a scan just to check if I still had them. As soon as I left I could still feel them. Later in the week, I got a text to confirm that I was still going in for that second appointment. So I rang to say I wasn’t going to come just for them to tell I still had them and they’d blame me for not doing my bit. Didn’t ask for my name or what time. Literally just hung up as soon as I said I wasn’t going to come in and cancel my appointment.
So unbelievably rude. I felt as though they took advantage of me as I’m probably a lot younger and “ignorant” than the clients they deal with.
