Good service but very misplaced sarcasm....which is not appropriate for a chemist which sees sick people

Actually, this pharmacy needs a good cleaning and a renovation. They need remedial training in customer service. I am a local. Today for the first time, I decided to get a prescription filled here. I thought they were being rude to me because I was wearing bicycle helmet and gloves. But, as I was waiting, they treated a second customer in a rude and dismissive manner. Second thing was that the price of my prescription was $12.00 higher than a pharmacy downtown. Third thing (!) - staff at the Aus Post Centre in this pharmacy are just as incompetent, untrained, dismissive and disinterested in providing genuine assistance or advice. I'm will notify Australia Post about that, but won't be coming back here any more.

A lovely pharmacy with lots of pretty soaps and oils and other gift items. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacist is so much quicker than lots of the bigger pharmacies. A more personal atmosphere where customers are valued. It also has a post office as part of the shop so you can pay bills and post letters while you wait for your tablets. Great for busy people as well as the elderly.
