A note of thanks to the boys at Northern BMW who very readily responded with a refund on a 2nd hand cylinder head for my E30 that turned out to be damaged.

Steve and his colleague unhesitantly offered to make good on the deal and it was a pleasure to experience such ‘old fashioned’ integrity and service.

Recently (mid 2019) took our 120 e87 there for a diagnosis and repair of what turned out to be the cam tensioner and chain as the car was running poorly. The repair was done for a good price but we also got excellent service from Steve, as he repaired further problems afterwards which were related to the original problem all as part of the price. Not every repairer would have been as customer friendly as this business. The car is running flawlessly.

keep away charged 1250 dollars to be told need to look $$$ further went elsewere was charged 100 dollars and told engine was stuffed and they found broken bolts big diffrence and there rude and arrogant highly recommend brunswick bmw repairer or genuine bm reservoir there top guys and look at the price difference

ONE BIG RIP-OFF
I just got my X5 serviced. $1400 later, happened to have checked with another trusted mechanic and told that I was highly overcharged for parts and labour. There was even a question of whether some of these parts were really needed as it had been regularly serviced at the dealer under corporate arrangement. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!

I own 3 BMW's and would not take my vehicles anywhere else to have any mechanical work or servicing done. Their overheads on components are very low compared to BMW dealer service departments and the manner in which they go about their business with regard to timing and relationship with their clients is nothing short of amazing. Highly recomended.
