Mower went in for service, came back performing somewhat differently...not too concerned. After a few mowings the mower would not start. Sent in for repair. After one month and stories of fictious mower problems and parts delays, mower was returned after my patience ended. On return, mower would not start. Called immediately, told they would pick up next day - never happened.
Comical service with broken promises designed to misguide. These guys would be better suited to producing and directing soap operas rather than pretending to operate a business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Not happy with these guys. Spent $800 on a new mower only to have it spit oil out onto my grass(ended having major dead spots all over my lawn!) took it back 3 times with the same problem. Very VERY frustrating!(was a little 'oring' that was 'missing'.. And now, $150 service??(way overpriced!!) New blades installed... Mowed once and it scalped my lawn worse than a blind Cherokee! Checked under the mower only to find both blades were loose and flapping around freely! Bit dangerous dont you think??
My advise? Buy a cheapie.... It's not worth the money spending big on a lawn mower.
Beware very expensive for repairs! We were given our Trimmer back in pieces when we wouldn't go ahead with their costly quote.
I agree. Don't go near these guys. I bought a new Honda mower.. It spat out so much oil onto my grass it was like I had major dollar spot disease! I took it back 3 times for them to say nothing was wrong with it until they finally put a seal in it that was 'missing'. Now, I payed them $140 for its first service with new blades to only use it once, and it scalped the absolute f+#Ã?Â¥ out of my lawn to find that the new blades were flapping around underneath. The so called 'specialists' can't even do a simple blade change! Want something done properly? Do it yourself. Sorry, had to vent somehow!!
