My wife, Maria, and I used Northpoint Building for a major renovation we undertook on our home in 2013. As first-time renovators, we lacked knowledge on the process and werent always the easiest customers to work with. Clayton was always patient and always took time to suggest different options to our plans if he thought they would work better. Clayton took the time to meet with Maria and I on numerous occasions while we were still working with our architect and this greatly helped us in our plans and preparation.
Once the building commenced, Claytons communication was excellent. We really appreciated the regular updates and meetings and he always gave us good notice of any issues he thought may arise. Northpoint Building comes with my highest recommendation. The most stressful component of building or renovating is ensuring the structure lives up to all the money invested in planning, architect design, council payment and a million other pre-building expenses. I always felt completely at ease at every step of the way due entirely to CJ Marshall's wealth of experience, complete professionalism, immediate contacts and focus on meeting deadlines. A great honest bloke and a credit to the building industry.
