Northside Rentals

No customer service- its like the staff dont care and cant be bothered. After months of back and fourth trying to organise contract from being asked to sign blank contract with credit card details to then initial random parts on contract - atleast 10 times back and fourth.
Still havent received bond back (called twice) but staff dont really care, my "file has been filed away" so they "processed" it. No communication with a not my problem attitude.
Paid for baby seat but didnt receive one, had to wait for the next afternoon for a booster to sit my new born in when i specifically advised of age of new born and requested baby seat not a toddler booster.
Wrong code provided for lock so we struggled to pick up after hours.
Staff didnt care.
Have asked for manager to call back and has been 2.5 weeks so in the meantime i have no other option then to put up with staff with attitude and $500 short.

I'm very pleased with the service from Northside Rentals in Malaga. I recently hired from them and the lady who helped me was really polite and quick to assist me. I needed a small car because mine was involve in an accident and they were really quick to provide me with a quote. They were the cheapest aswell. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of quick transport.

Extremely unorganised! Had to confirm the booking had been made myself as no confirmation was provided. On the day of moving I was due to pick up a truck from the Greenwood branch at 8am waited for over an hour to be seen to at reception putting us an hour and a half behind with the move. Was vaguely shown over the truck and given vague instructions on how to operate the truck!! No remote provided for the tail lift meaning someone had to sit near the controls the whole time to lift and lower the tail lift! The bond money has taken 7 business days to be returned to me after I had to contact them and provide details for the to release the bond money. Will never use this company again. Very unprofessional and very unorganised!!!

Terrible service, been calling them trying to get service booked for weeks, never returned any calls Dispite saying they would get their maintainance department to do so. Then ended up broken down, still ever returned calls when telling them I was stuck. I Had to arrange to get trailer towed myself. Poor customer focus and not to good on service quality either.

I recently hired a car from Northside Rentals because I had to put my normal car in for a service. I was very pleased with the vehicle I was given by Northside - I got a brand new Hyundai Accent and I was the first person to drive it! It was well priced too compared to other companies I received quotes from. The staff were really friendly too, they even helped me with directions to my next destination. Thanks for the help Northside, I'll definitely be back when I need another car!!
