They are money hunger, they just take out your money 1st without notice. We told them the accident not our fault.

We rented a car and received an infringement, doing 76 in a 70 zone (which had been recently changed from an 80 zone). We immediately paid the fine, without contest as it was our mistake. A few months later, out of the blue from Northside we receive an email saying they deducted $75 for administration. The fine was $100, so three quarters was charged in addition for "administration". I questioned how they could deduct money out of my credit card months later, and why it was still on file with them, without my permission. I also questioned their policies and legality in debiting money without authorisation. They were not helpful or reasonable. Just a ploy for extra money to go into their pockets without any reasonable justification.

Lowest car rental when I was looking for deal during the easter holidays. Their 7 day rental with unlimited km was a good deal during my stay in Perth. Highly reccommed them.

Good car rental company in Perth with better prices. Their new Office in Welshpool has wide range of vehicles. Very Helpful and friendly staff.

Our company hired 2 vehicles and some equipment from Northside Rentals back in October, they made 10 deductions from our credit card. After requesting invoices for 3 months we finally received the invoices for the charges and were massively overcharged. I called and emailed them and got told someone would call me back and had no replies to emails. I called and requested to speak to a Manager and was constantly told they were busy or weren't there. I asked for an email address and they told me they don't have one!!! Worst Company ever! Wouldn’t even recommend them to our worst enemy.
