I was worried when I read all these reviews because I already paid for my drums when I saw this page. Luckily I received mine, not like others (if they haven't received theirs). The woods, skins, ropes are in good condition and the sounds are great too.
I ordered a drum and other bits and pieces through Ebay a few months ago and they have not arrived. They don't answer my emails and I can't find any listing for them. Their website has now closed down. Ebay say they have no record and don't want to know. I'm going to take further action but with so little information it could be difficult. They certainly are secretive. But I'm very determined.
I ordered 6 drums and a pack percussion instruments last month, took a while, did not get a quick response from them, I can see lots people now wondering where their orders are. BUT finally received mine yesterday. So happy with the quality as it's for present. I think I might put another order soon.
I too have purchased drums from NUMU and have not received them. I have sent numerous emails and had zero responses. I am very disappointed as are my students who the drums were intended for. I am reporting this company to the ACCC and encourage others to do the same.
I would not recommend doing business from with this company. The business is not run professionally. My experience after purchasing and paying for a product has been no communication, and I have not had any sighting of the product after 6 weeks. I wish I had seen these reviews before paying for my goods.
I have tracked down the facebook page and the owner on Facebook as I am pretty disappointed about not getting my drums and wasting my money. Before I report this business I was wondering if anyone else received their drums in the last 3 months
No, I have not received any product, nor had any communication. I have reported this business to the ACCC and Fair Trading, as it is my belief the business is not intending to send any product.
Please do not buy from this business. I made a purchase through their online site Numu Percussion at the end of February. Daniel would respond to my emails asking for advice. As soon as I paid my money he has not responded to any of my emails and I have not received my drum.
