I was super impressed - from the initial phone call to Adam arriving took under 30 mins, he had to push my car out from the garage, explained what was wrong with the battery, gave me a range of options, and fitted the battery. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable/compatable with my car, so he got my car started so I could drive it back into the garage. He called around to order one for me and when he was unable to locate the correct battery he called back and offered other suggestions. He could not have been more helpful, even with a car that's just 2 years old we still have our NRMA membership
