Great prices and free shipping, but don't expect swift delivery or much in the way of communication. After ordering a pair of jeans, I received an automated order confirmation email right away, then heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Just as I was getting a tad worried (given the reviews on this site and others), AusPost emailed to say that my parcel was going to be delivered that day, and sure enough it was. I got the jeans about three weeks after I placed the order, and I'm very pleased with them. Customer service may be limited, but I'd hazard a guess to say that an overwhelming majority of buyers do get what they order—perhaps they just don't usually leave reviews.
Ordered some shirts in September. They never arrived. Emailed Nungar to follow up. No reply. Contacted AusPost directly, who advised they would only deal with the sender. Emailed Steve several more time. Here we are at the end of December and still no response. As many of the reviews say, Steve's method of dealing with problems seems to be to ignore customers or be rude.
Never buy anything from this company, unless you wish to take the chance of losing your money if the item never arrives.
Ordered an item in early 2021 and still waiting , Steve doesn't and wont respond to emails or phone calls. i would suggest this a Fair trade violation. Dont wast your time, even if it costs you more you will be better off shopping at countless other similar stockists who have great reviews.

Ordered a pair of $200 boots and after a few days I thought I’d better email to check if it went through, no reply so I decided to call.
Steve said they weren’t in stock so they be a day or two to come in.
A week later I then called and he said that they would be in tomorrow, another day past and I called again only to be told that they would be in tomorrow again.
So I then decided to cut my loses and order them somewhere else as I needed them for a wedding and I only had 3 days left for them to arrive after this ordeal.
I called Steve to cancel the order and he was arrogant and rude over the phone even tho I’d given him the benefit of the doubt and waited and waited. Last sentace he said was “don’t bother ordering anything again”
needless to say I won’t be.
I ordered the boots from another store after that and it was shipped within two hours of ordering. Spewing I didn’t order from there first.
