As a resident of Oak tree we find the negative review that has been made by a non resident is completely unfounded the majority of residents find the statements laughable.
Any new resident is very welcome and would feel secure and enjoy the company of existing residents. And would find the manager very helpful.
Looked at this village recently, no manager on duty, we went back three times, manager is rarely there. A very unkept looking village, gardens need attention, pool looking weary and in need of attention, a few people in the recreational centre also in need of an upgrade. Not a secure living environment, electronic gates are open but no one in the office. A few units for sale here but after what we have seen, do yourself a favour and pass this village by just as we have done.
