Mark was great in the beginning but as soon as there was a problem he disappeared and stopped answering my calls! We've had to go to Daikin directly and pay out of pocket to fix issues that are his responsibility. I do not recommend this business and feel that once he got his money he no longer cared about any customer service or support.

Mark leads a very fair, honest and quick operation. I was absolutely stoked with the quality and timeliness of the work completed. Thanks!

We wanted to get these guys to change the thermostat for our heater. We wanted him to come after a certain time of day to look at it. He refused and told us to not worry about him coming to check it out or do the job

My experience is totally at odds with the previous two. Mark made an appointment to look at our issue - replacement of all ducting upstairs and downstais and kept his appontment time. His examination of the issues was thorough and he came back in a short period of time with an acceptable quote, having fully discussed the issues we faced. Living in the hills vermin such as possums and rats had done major damage.

Poor customer experience. Mark don't care for the customer but happy to take our monies.

Our builder used this mob to supplied and installed the air conditioning that was included in our building contract. We bought and supplied another air conditioning to be installed in another room. We asked this mob for quote. Mark gave a verbal quote. We thought, we gave this mob more business since they will install the other air conditioning from the builder. Big mistake!!
