Clean Park. Clean amenities. No sullage drain to put sullage hose. Sullage from van next to you runs into your site. Management moves sullage hose by throwing it up under van. They don't tell you . You find out when the water runs back into your shower. They don't let you use your own washing machine. If you stay long term the management moves you from the top to the bottom of the park during the dry & back again when the wet comes, which becomes very unsettling. They advertised they are pet friendly but do not display this when you are there. The management are very rude & arrogant.
This caravan park is one of the best I have stayed in. Rose and Gary, the owners have worked very hard to bring this park up to the standard it is. We found them to be friendly, helpful and accomodating where possible. They have recently put in a new pool and and during the 'season' they put on free entertaiment for the guests. Most sites have a concrete slab, losts of shade and are handly to the facilities. Assistance is given with parking your van. The facilities are clean, well maintained with good water pressure and good hot water. This is a pet friendly park.
The location is handy to Palmerston and not too far from Darwin. It is a great base to visit Litchfield National Park, Berry Springs, Mary River, Adelaide River to mention a few places of interest.
I have stayed here for a few weeks for the last four years and am looking forward to going back this tear again for our winter. Tha park is very well maintained, toilet and shower blocks clean and well looked after, beautiful shady sights and as for the owners well what can I say. They are friendly, helpful and bend over backwards to accomodate every one wherever possible.
