No holiday at Straddie is complete with a trip to the gelato bar. The staff are friendly and the ice creams are delicious. A bit pricey at $4.50 for a scoop but I guess that is pretty standard, and expected for the location. My kids love the gelato bar and make a great mess of themselves every time. I recommend you visit.

There are a few shops, not many at Point Lookout on Nth Straddie. THIS one is the BEST of the lot. Friendly staff. Great food, whatever you buy it will be great as we had more than one meal here and everything was just spot on good. Coffees were perfect. Prices were very reasonable given where we were. The chips were more like wedges and soooo tasty. . The calamari and fish were divine.
