Off Ya Tree

No complaints. Good balance of professionalism and friendliness from the staff. I was a bit nervous about getting my nose piercing but the staff made my experience very comforting. The process barely hurt at all and I felt taken care of. Highly recommended.

They're not very welcoming at all,
They used an 8mm when I got my Tragus pierced.
They should of allowed a few extra mm to allow swelling.
A 10mm would of been perfect.
My energy felt sucked being in there.
Terrible service

Pierced my nipple with a bar way too short so the result looked terrible, a different piercer re pierced for no extra charge but that piercer very clearly pierced far back into my areola - so dangerous. They were very unprofessional. After going to a different piercing parlour to have my nipple re pierced yet again (not off ya tree) i realised off ya tree did not even do the basic nipple measuring as they are meant to and the process was faster, more professional and not as painful compared to my experiences at off ya tree on Swanston St.

I always choose Off Ya Tree for my piercings because their service is definitely the best out there but I was really let down when I got my septum pierced last week. Initially I got it pierced at the Epping store and they did a terrible job. They were inexperienced and dropping things and even got me to hold the clamps after they pierced me so they could go and grab the scissors they had forgotten to bring. When I got home I realised the piercing was extremely low and that they had gone through soft cartilage, which would have explained the excessive blood and pain. Was very unhappy and so I called up the Elizabeth street store who told me they'd fix it up for free. The staff were amazing and friendly but yet again the piercer proved to be incompetent.They pierced me once and it was so crooked so that they had to pierce me again and it's still crooked. I went to off ya tree in Melbourne less than a year ago and got my conch done. I was amazed by the customer service, the store was super busy but I was approached and got all the help I needed. Customer service was amazing and when I got my piercing done I just felt so relaxed. The piercing process was very professional and clean. I have never had a problem with my piercing and it was super cheap as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing. Definitely recommend!
