After enduring a frustrating time dealing with this company, I felt compelled to write a review. Initially I felt comfortable with Brendan’s prompt attendance for a quote, while the quote wasn’t the cheapest I (mistakenly) thought Brendan’s professionalism was a reflection of the company. At present I still haven’t got the glass fence notwithstanding it’s past the specified install date, (yes I understand poor weather was an issue here, but even prior to the install date I found the office staff rude and abrupt and neglected to call back when promised. Now numerous calls to the office where polite messages have been left, requesting an update have been met with nil response. Very sorry I engaged this company.

Very poor service. An initial quote was done for a pool fence. I have called numerous times to have the quote changed to reflect the size of the area we want fenced. Eventually after talking to someone (after leaving numerous messages) I was told that the new quote would be emailed to me. I am still waiting. It is like they do not want the work as I have to keep chasing them. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere now.

Get a call from Brendon 15 minutes before appointment time to say running an hour late. I had left work to make the appointment time. No common courtesy to call an hour earlier to say going to be 1hr late. Instead I lose an hour of my work time as I arrived home for the appointment. Absolute waste of my time. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Requested a quote for a job!

1st day: We'll get the quote to you by end of business day. No quote emailed...

2 days later called them back : was told I'm 8th on the list of customers for them to quote....

Few days later... Called again, was told I'll get a call back from Karen... No call received!

Called again, rudely spoken to and told that they are busy Ra Ra Ra and I just need to wait and they'll try email me a quote in the next 2 days.. Been a week no quote emailed.

So I'm writing a review of the account.

Stay clear of these guys, can't imagine how bad post sale service would be of pre sale is already so shocking

Was dealing with Karen through out.

Frameless glass fence, excellent service and more than happy to answer all questions. Competitive prices, detailed quotes and no problem to move install when we needed. Overall i would say excellent service and have recommended to family and friends. They are a family operated business and more than happy to assist when needed
