Oldmac Mazda New

I had my car serviced today at Old Mac Mazda Springwood. My car was returned to me with damage to the paintwork inside as evidenced by the photo provided on Google Review . Despite many attempts to tell the Service Manager that the damage was definitely not there when I arrived at Old Mac Mazda today, he continually disbelieved me and stated to me that in his 30 years of car servicing that his opinion was that the damage had been done by the drivers legs rubbing against the area. It didn't make any difference to the manager when I showed him that my legs don't even go anywhere near the area of damage while I'm driving, even in resting position. Why would I lie ? Unfortunately the discussion escalated once the service manager reiterated to me that the car had arrived with the damage done already and refused to even consider that maybe one of the servicemen actually did the damage today. We took our 2013 Mazda wagon for service at old mac spring wood when we picked it up there was a massive dent in side from some lowlife opening car door onto our car side panel old mac Mazda refused to accept liability even though our car was in their possession and damage occurred during that time I would not recommend any one leaving their car with them at all never ever again

I bought a basic Mazda 3 Neo new from old Mac in August 2013. I asked for the best price that I believed they were going for from my research and the salesman agreed over the phone when no other dealer would in person or over the phone and wanted to play games. The car has been fine and the service cost are not unreasonable although I previously read they are higher than Corolla / Focus and I30. Overall very happy with Old Mac - straight forward and good to deal with.
