His knowledge base was first-rate, he knew all about the vehicle inside and out. The understanding Kal had shone through in the confidence and exceptional customer service he gave. When I went to pick up my car Kal had put balloons and a red bow on the bonnet, it was awesome!

Every time i goto Toyota at Cleveland, no one approaches me when i enter their building, i am kept waiting on ends.
I am after a rav and this dealership is just ridiculous! No customer service whatsoever, therefore i'll find a dealership that has good work ethics for their customers.

Had 4 new tyres to be fitted, and was told by a supervisor that due to staff shortage, i would have to wait over 1 week, are you kidding.
As a loyal toyota client ,who purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, i won't be returning , ever.

With not a lot of car experience, I don't feel comfortable visiting the service department of this particular dealership. In one of my visits they attempted to charge me $80 for windscreen wiper refills. In a different visit they told me I had an unrepairable tyre puncture and needed to purchase a new tyre. I held off took my tyre to Tyreright and they told me it was an easy fix. My recent and what will be my last visit was for four new tyres and a wheel alignment. The estimate pick up time I was given was for 5-6 hours later. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
