One Stop Patio Shop

This is a genuine review. I had a Patio installed by this company in the past and have been very happy with it. Recently I wished to have a carport installed by the same company and have found the level of service to be far less than expected. It seems like there is a change of management or attitude towards customer service now. Recommending to avoid this company.

Should anyone be contemplating having a patio errected, I can highly recommend this company. If you have any queries or concerns Colin the company manager or Dean McKain company owner will always make time to listen to you, the client, the VIP.

Not perfect but overall a good job. Installer put trusses in wrong positions and then bogged the holes up and painted over them, quite visible. Beams should've been replaced or turned 180 degrees so that the holes were hidden behind the gutters. Half of the structure was out of level and downpipes had a 10mm gap between the top of the posts but another guy (employee not contractor) was sent to rectify these issues who did a good job. Ridge is attached to roof sheeting with tech screws which is quite unsightly from underneath. What you see in the showroom isn't necessarily what you'll end up receiving!

We had a large patio to build which was a significant investment in our property so we wanted to get it right. We chose One Stop Patio Shop after visiting the display centre in Canning Vale (which is very impressive) as they promised that our patio would be finished with the same quality as their display, we were given good advice on the roof material & design, & the price was competitive. We went with the flat deck roof which looks amazing! The installer was on time, friendly, took pride in his work & left the backyard tidy when he left for the day & at the end of the installation. We have the patio of our dreams & it has added significant value to our house. Very happy with the quality & would definitely recommend to others.
