Very poor service. The person I dealt with didn't seem to know what they were talking about.
Told me rough roads, pot holes etc don't put wheel alignment out and my car isn't suitable to drive interstate as it is too small, its a sedan that will carry five adults!
They did the alignment anyway and after that it didn't drive straight with the steering wheel central.
I took it back and they said it was fine after driving it around a couple of streets and the problem was the left front tyre was a smaller diameter from being worn down driving around roundabouts too fast and the tyres were under inflated.
I took it to a different tyre dealer the next day and they said the alignment needed significant adjustment and the tyres were overinflated.
It now drives straight and feels right.
Went to store asked for advice on 4x4 tyres. manager very helpfull with options best for me. Purchased toyo at2 tyres. Very happy with choice and the managers helpfull tips for good and long life. Very pleased to tell others of the good service
