Thankyou Estrisha for posting your comment because this is exactly the same issues I am having with OTEN at the moment. I have found the majority of the course information is common sense instead of being able to learn new information - which is frustrating especially when you want to get into a new career. The second issue is the assessment questions are so general and don't relate to the specific topics that you are studying which makes answering stressful! And lastly the spelling errors!! FFS, you would think whoever created this course work would have at least run a spell check through the booklets. The amount of spelling errors and grammatical errors make reading the material frustrating because it doesn't make sense. I am glad I am not the only person who had experienced this.
