OPSM Armadale

Optician ok, one staff serving knows stuff and is polite. Other staff bit ditsy but nice and polite. Management? Needs some serious customer service training; staff's a know it all with the Beyonce attitude. Very condescending and treats clients like a piece of trash staff stepped in. Such a shame when other staff are friendly. Sadly this branch has a reputation that precedes it for making lenses incorrectly and this has happened to me also. Pretty awful on range and worse on advice of suitability. I'll not return to this branch.
