When I tuned up there were was a young guy and girl having a conversation. They looked up and saw me but their conversation was more important so I waited. Then the young guy came over and decided do me a “favour” and find out what I was doing there. I guessed he was looking up my appointment on the computer because all I was asked was my name and not spoken to again until I was told to sit and gestured towards some chairs. Overall less than average service and the optometrist was nice so I gave them an extra star.
I spent 10 minutes in there and the 4 women in there were chatting away - not interested in serving me. I looked over several times to get there attention.
Ended up walking o.ut - my multifocal glasses usually cost me aroun $1000. So you guys missed a pretty big sale.
Time for a staff review I think...
