I wanted to write this review because being in this situation can be very overwhelming when you aren't expecting and it can be hard to choose which clinic is best for you. Today I had surgical procedure done. It was my first experience at the clinic and it could not have went better for what is such a horrible situation. I was scared and all the staff did nothing but make me feel at ease. Everyone took there time with me and it was very discreet. All the staff were wonderful. For anyone looking where to go I would 100% recommend "Options clinic Spring Hill". It's private, It's quick but not rushed, and you will be well looked after.
I had my first experience with the clinic today and I could not praise or thank everyone involved enough.
Whether it was the receptionist, consultant, anaesthetist or nurses, everyone was 100% supportive and went above and beyond to comfort me and make me comfortable (trust me, I was balling my eyes out from start to finish and comforting me was no small job).
