I don't know why, but I feel every time I've come into this store the staff haven't really been welcoming. I've come in twice to ask about my phone plan and upgrading my phone but they rush through explaining things to me like they can't be bothered. Third time lucky maybe? Unless there's another Optus store nearby that I can go to in my lunch break maybe...?
