Worst customer service Optus Brown Plains. Went in to get screen protector put on my daughters Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and they stuffed the phone. They were out the back office putting it on and after waiting half hour to do a simple 2 minute job I asked an employee to go and see what is taking so long. He came out smiling saying they won't be long. I said what is the problem and again another cheesy smile saying they will be out soon. They eventually came out and admitted they stuffed my phone. They took photos and said they would get back to me. They phoned 4 days later saying to bring the phone in and they will replace it but will take about 10 days. I said my daughter needs her phone why can't you have the replacement phone sent to the store and we can swap it one for one....Optus can't do that. I enquired about a temporary replacement phone for the 10 days.....Optus can't do that. Optus suggested I should by a cheap phone while my daughter waits...why? ...read more
