Orange Hair

The worst experience I have had. The yong korean girl staff was so rude and pride. I complianded to the shop mannager. He seems could not do anything to help. He said that the staff here have been worked for a long time, can not do anything with them and the shop owner very rare come . Surprisingly, the young Korean girl pointed the shop manager help her to do things, seems like she is a boss. The shop manager seems does not have any authrority over the young girl. I asked the shop owner email, I wanted to contact him directly, but they did not give me. The management in this shop was so bad, I do not think this shop will last long. Anyway I won't come anymore in my life time.

Great place to go for a haircut. They'll cut and style your hair to the latest trend. Price is reasonable and service is really good! Im usually very fussy and has high expectation, so thank you for your patience and your attentiveness. *thumbs up*

I have been to old Orange before and it was a horrible experience and since that day, I vowed not to come back again. Then I was walking by at Box Hill on one fine day and I noticed the place was fully packed with people. I gotta say OMG! this is the new Orange shop. There was a new management by a young good looking couple and decided to give it a try. The results are unbelievable. This is my third time coming to them now. The owner was very kind, polite and humble. This place is my favourite number one for haircut, perm and color now. I rated 9/10 as the only downside is way too many people coming in and I have to make a booking prior coming to the shop

with $20 you get a terrible hair cut by a guy who obviously couldn't care any less.
They wouldn't even do a final wash. I had to go home to wash all the hair tips on my face and neck.
Worst experience ever.

Worst experience here. Wasted 4 hours between 2 people. Came here and $20 sign drew me in. Then they told us to wait 30 minutes so we did. Ended up waiting much longer then someone comes and tells us each of our hair cuts cost $45. So $90 for 2 people
