Oriental Garden Chinese Restaurant

I have been to this place many times they have two chefs one is fabulous and the other is really quite bad . The staff are working on making this place better i recomened if you go there again who has had a bad experience it will be better and with the standered with the last chef . I have never had bad food from this place the staff are always very bright and bubbly and happy for a chat .

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a star it was such a disappointment, hair in the food, cold food, no service and the fact we booked a table in advanced (three days before hand) wait staff was rude and bikered behind our backs we didn't even have cutlery, toilets were dirty as a truck stop, and a jug of water took an hour to serve, and if you want to take home left overs u have to pay to for a container and the rice chips tasted and looked like they had been there for a week climate was muggy and the whole set out was wrong, and trust me I'm not exaggerating, go have a look for yourself!

We had dinner in this restaurant on Thursday night. We were one of two tables there were at least 8 wait staffs, after sitting there staring at the wait staffs, who were all standing around doing nothing, for ages we had to ask if we could order . It was really hot we were offered one round of drinks and had to seek them out for the rest. all of the meals came out one by one with a lengthy period between each one, by the time the last meal came out the rice was stone cold. It was nearly laughable how poor the service was. I've had takeaway from here many times & never had an issue but I would never dine in again.

Have been to this restaurant many times, staff are plesant and service is good, food is always great and well priced. Would be happy to take anyone there.
