I had a horrendous experience dealing with these people! My first time selling a property and I recieved next to no communication through out the majority of the process. I had to call them and check how things were going, and I was often told that everything was fine, and I didnt need to do anything, a couple of days later, Id recieve an email stating some form or another was due that day, with no time to prepare. Two times I was told I may get fined for a delayed form, when I specifically called in advance to prevent this from occuring.
After I send an email politely asking for a heads-up on what was coming, I recieved a phone call from a Tanya Williams where I was told it was not their job to help me out, only to tell me what they needed and when they needed it. We have recently used Ormeau Legal for a new land purchase. They were very thorough and sat down with us for over an hour to go over the contract. Very well priced too. -I haven't found better value.
