Absolutely nightmare!! It took more than 9 months to complete roof restoration. Full of excuses. Do not pay the money until the job finish. Otherwise the job will never be finished. Also be aware of paying any invoice from Paul. Tripple check what you pay is what you get. I deal with a lot tradies but this one make me speechless. At last I can not complain more because there are so many people have same experience as me.
Hope more people could speak up and share their experience.

What a nightmare! Asked for money upfront and kept doing so. Everything he touched is beyond disgraceful. My roof leaked and water marks all over it in many places. nothing was finished and looks like a 2 year old did it. All my gutters leak, paint already peeling off the roof and left big holes on all the corners and roof just to name a few problems. Nothing positive to say. We paid money upfront because he had no money to buy materials and hire equipment apparently (stupid) and now he won't come back and fix anything and refuse to talk to us. talking to more people, we are not the only ones.
Currently going through vcat, and Victorian builders association just to name a few.
Save your money because it will cost you more.

I don’t even know where to begin to describe this experience. Going through VCAT now after our house in Endeavour Hills has been damaged.
Terrible service, bad workmanship and always late
Our building insurance refuse to cover the damage due to the poor workmanship which seems not to code.
Did they ask upfront payment for materials? I gave them money to book materials but they keep on delaying and not ansanswering calls now..have you had same issue?
