Outback Jacks Bar and Grill

This place must have changed management Because it's like a new restaurant.
We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and shown to a table.
Service was excellent and fast. Our meals were perfectly cooked and delicious. The waiter was amazing. He didn't even need to go and ask what the nuts were in the brownie, he knew. Very impressive.

My partner & I went to this resturant a few months ago & we were SO very disappointed! Upon arrival we were greated & seated by a waiter that had his hands full of empty plates. We then waited about 20+ minutes to be served ( there was 5 other tables occupied out of the whole resturant). When the waiter came to take our order he did not have a note pad to take our order he just took "mental note". It took quite a while for our drinks to come out & about an hours wait for our meals( both ordered steaks at medium) We also ordered garlic bread for entree which we never received.. When our food finally arrived the steaks were over cooked & the plate just looked like a pile of slop! We didn't even bother sending it back as we were running late for our movie! We left with half our meals left on our plates & extremely disappointed! We will never go back there again that's for sure!! Over priced & bad service.

We went here to use our birthday voucher. We have been a number of times before, and we're disappointed, but thought that perhaps things might have changed.

Upon arrival we were told that there was no Angus strak and that pork ribs were being replaced with beef ribs.
