Staff were rude.
On arrival they could not even tell a disabled man whether they had Wheelchair Access rooms.
On top of this, we were told that we could use our breakfast vouchers at lunch as we had an appointment and could not make breakfast. They gave us the wrong information which meant we lost our $50 in vouchers and had to spend another $50 to get our food. Not good enough.
The other staff were rude and did not care that they had made the mistake. Gave our payment but no service at all. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
have been to the resort a few times and it is not what it used to be, the rooms are much more expensive and the views have been blocked by new hotels that are nearby, the decor is getting a bit dated and drab and the food in the restaurant for the morning buffet is awful and not a fussy eater here by any means. hope the hotel can return to it's service that we used to come back for and hire a new cook in the kitchen! bonus is close to shows if you want to spend the night.
