came out to do a repair. had to wait for parts which was fine. after it was done the machine had a new issue immediately. they didn't want to come back without charging again and said it was a new problem and therefore my problem. got a new person to look at it. the 'new problem' was caused because their repair guy not putting everything back correctly and plumbing it back in. wow. i told them. no refund offered. i ended up paying double to sort it out. thanks to the other repair guy who came straight away and helped me speedily!
