although the food is alright the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. when I called to ask the stores closing time, the person who answered DIDNT even identify self or the store. the person simply said hello. the staff on the counter was even worse. Upon entering the person behind the counter was actually explaining to another customer that they have given her order to someone else. merely because she had gone to retrieve cash to pay for it.
I stood waiting to be addressed to order myself. About five minutes later I said 'I haven't ordered yet' and the person said 'I know. I was waiting.'
This places staff are rude and incompetent. If you're looking for a fast food restaurant where you get treated like a human being, avoid Oz fried like the plague.
I have had a very bad experience at this place. The customer service is non-existent, I requested a two piece meal which includes two pieces of chicken, the picture advertising the "meal deal" includes a leg piece. Needless to say when I asked for a leg piece in my meal I was refused with the explanation that "although we do have leg pieces in stock, higher paying customers [such as one who is purchasing a family meal] take priority over your meal" which would only cost $10. Zero stars.
