This is my first review, since I don't normally take issue with customer service standards, unless they are very very poor. And that is exactly what I encountered when visiting this shopfront for the first time earlier today.
When greeted by a management staff I asked in a polite manner if they could quickly test an ADSL modem power supply, so I could then verify if my modem's circuitry had died. The task of doing so was seemingly beneath them as the management staff uttered that the brand of modem in question was a piece of junk.
