Pacific Fish & Chips

Ordered on the phone and partner picked up the order and when we opened it it was wrong.
Took it back within 2 minutes and she was adamant we asked for that order
We don't even like flake, asked her to replace it but she wouldn't. Wouldn't give a refund either.
Is it more likely we ordered something we don't eat or she was really busy and made an error?
Apparently she believes we ordered food we don't eat. ???????

Finally my search for a seafood take-away local has been worth it, I've been here for dinner more times in the last three weeks, than I did durring the last four years, Yummy.

Worst flake I've ever had like all the fish in the bay were anorexic, pathetic skinny strip they call and charge for "Flake" first time I was willing to let go but this second order with the same again.

I ordered 4 and all were the same TERRIBLE value for money, potatoe cakes tasted hard and stale like yesterdays leftovers they've just reheated, steam dim sims tasted like no name brand drenched in soya sauce, like you were eating rubber balls.

Couldn't even have the decency to pack everything in a box, absolute disgrace! will not be back and would not recommend this shop, a lot better value for money fish and chip shops elsewhere in Frankston.

I was passing by the other day and was stunned by their food. Best fish I ever had for fish n chips! Good prices too! Will go again if I'm in that area.

Great scallops and real calamiri rings unlike the bread crumb rubbish others offer. Keep it up
