Pack & Send Hobart

Needed to ship a student guitar to Qld from Tassie. Quote from pack and send was $275 if they boxed it packed it properly it had no case. Shane who I spoke to ( really nice and very helpful) suggested that if I spent up to $100 dollars on a hard case it would probably be safer and Infact cheaper as they would not need to pack it just wrap it instead. Ok so I did exactly that. My son dropped of the guitar and I have just had a phone call and told that the cost to ship is now $215. So the whole experience is now a $315 cost !!!! Well done !! Not happy....never again !!!

Shane and mark at pack and send Moonah are terrific to do business with. With expertise, patience, energy and buckets of personality they made our experience very comfortable and easy. Their knowledge and care taken in packing our belongings was impeccable . Highly recommend this company ! Thanks guys .
